It will take some time for the cosmetic dentist to properly affix the dentures at a young age denture over the implants, but the entire procedure will occur on the same day. During the processing period, heat cured acrylics—also called permanent denture acrylics—go through a process called polymerization , causing the acrylic materials to bond very tightly and taking several hours to complete. Talk to your dentist to see if it's best to use traditional or mini implants for your treatment case.
